Restoration of the upper garage deck followed YHCE Engineering plans. Every crack was mechanically prepared and repaired before the new waterproofing system went down: overhead cracks with Sikadur® Crack Fix high-strength epoxy and slab cracks with Sikadur®-55 SLV.
The existing coating was removed and the concrete substrate ground and profiled. Sikalastic® primer and 720 One Shot were applied to a 45-mil elastomeric polyurethane thickness, followed by stall striping.
