CPPMS completed a comprehensive exterior restoration of the Faena Bazaar. Deteriorated and rusted metal corner beads were removed and replaced with corrosion-resistant vinyl corner beads, the substrate was restored, and architectural profiles were reconstructed with Sika Gel Patch repair mortar.
All restored surfaces then received a breathable Sika system: Thorocoat®-200 HB waterproofing base coat and Thorocoat®-350 decorative, weather-resistant top coat, built for sun, humidity, wind-driven rain, and salt air.
