CPPMS mobilized six swing stages to perform concrete restoration, surface preparation, priming, painting, and exterior window sealing across the hotel’s elevations. Work was sequenced drop by drop to maintain controlled access and advance multiple work areas at the same time.
Years of salt-air exposure had produced cracking, spalling, and staining across the building. Our crews sounded and opened each repair location identified in the engineering documents, restored the concrete to sound substrate, and prepared every elevation to receive the new protective coating system.
Mobilized July 2025. The majority of exterior work was complete ahead of Art Basel in December 2025, and the permit was closed out in January 2026.
