Inside the units, CPPMS opened the floors to expose the original wood framing, then reinforced the floor joists with new pressure-treated members and blocking to the engineer’s repair details before installing new structural subfloor.
On the exterior, CPPMS completed concrete restoration and painting per the City-approved construction documents, with Special Inspector oversight. Structural wood and concrete repairs were completed per the City of Miami Beach approved construction documents, with Board-approved change control.
